For each $1,000 in rent, Rented123 reports your payment as a line of credit (12 × $1,000 = $12,000 LC) and issues 1.5% Rented123 points to be used toward purchasing a home (conditions apply). Points are not transferable to other programs and cannot be assigned to other parties or programs. Points expire if you cancel your membership. You are required to be represented by an approved Rented123.com real estate agent.
